When wisdom teeth (third molars) start erupting, they can cause discomfort and pain in the gums. This pain may radiate to the surrounding areas, such as the head and eyes. Here are a few suggestions to help manage the symptoms: Over-the-counter Pain Relievers: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen, can help reduce pain and inflammation. Follow the instructions on the package and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns. Saltwater Rinse: Rinse your mouth with warm saltwater (1/2 teaspoon of salt dissolved in 8 ounces of warm water) a few times a day. This can help reduce inflammation and provide temporary relief. Topical Oral Gel: Applying a topical oral gel containing benzocaine or a similar numbing agent to the affected area may help alleviate pain. Follow the product instructions and consult with a pharmacist if you have any questions. Soft Diet: Stick to a soft diet to avoid putting excessive pressure on the area. Avoid hard, chewy, or sticky foods that can irritate the gums. Good Oral Hygiene: Continue practicing good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth gently twice a day and flossing daily. Be careful around the affected area to avoid further irritation. However, it's important to note that if you experience severe pain, swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or other concerning symptoms, you should seek immediate dental or medical attention. A dentist or oral surgeon will be able to evaluate your specific situation, determine the position and condition of your wisdom teeth, and recommend appropriate treatment, which may include extraction if necessary.

For best diagnosis an OPG(full mouth single x-ray)is required. If adequate space is not available in your arch then the teeth might not be able to find its way to the mouth fully, this may cause it to erupt at an angle pushing the adjacent teeth.
Next Steps
Get and OPG done and consult nearby dentist.
Health Tips
warm saline rinse.

Wisdom tooth eruption many a times leads to this kind of radiating pain. Firstly, get a full mouth XRAY, also called as an OPG done. The treatment plan would depend upon the space available for the erupting tooth which would be clearly based upon the XRAY.
Next Steps
Do warm saline water gargles and Betadine rinses alternatively 4 times a day. You can take painkillers for symptomatic relief containing Serratiopeptidase, but be sure that you are not allergic to any specific group of medication or consuming any other medicines for other medical conditions that can interfere with these.
Health Tips
Visit a nearby dentist for physical consultation so that appropriate antibiotics can be started in case any inflammation is there in the surrounding area.
