hi, consult an ORAL SURGEON regarding this. he/she will be able to diagnose the exact condition of the tooth. if its required, you will have to get it extracted and save the tooth ahead of that.

Sir, if the wisdom tooth is creating problem and is causing decay to the tooth anterior to it then its better to get the wisdom tooth removed. Consult with an ORAL SURGEON for this if the tooth is completely inside the bone ( not visible into the mouth), then it is extracted surgically.
Next Steps
Visit an oral surgeon as soon as possible and get it removed to prevent any further decay of the tooth anterior to it.

Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an X-ray done. the best treatment for wisdom teeth is to get it removed. regarding second molar, you can get the cavity filled.

The horizontally impacted wisdom tooth has to be extracted or removed. Based on the extent of the cavity on the second molar, either a filling or root canal treatment needs to be done.
Next Steps
In case of a minor cavity, the filling can be done anytime, but if the second molar requires a RCT then it is preferred that both RCT and removal are done in the same sitting to avoid another appointment.
Health Tips
Always ask for an oral surgeon to remove your wisdom tooth.

There is no other treatment for a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth other than extraction, and this should also not be delayed to prevent further complications..... the cavity in the second molar needs to be evaluated with the help of an x ray to determine whether it can be filled or needs a root canal treatment... Regards
