Hello . If the looks very close to the nerve you may also need scans to confirm tooth and nerve position. My question is how long are you here is India? . As the procedure is surgical . It will need few weeks to heal . And follow up visits. I would suggest that you get the procedure done in your native. Fee depends on your case complications ,diagnosis, general and dental health . In some cases of impacted wisdom tooth, the yooth is in close proximity to a nerve which makes the process of surgical extraction of the tooth uncomfortable and painful even after injecting local anaesthesia. In such cases we usually recommend the patients to undergo in general anesthesia so that the patient doesn't feel discomfort, the surgeon can perfom the surgical extraction properly and if any other wisdom tooth needs to be addressed then that can be done too in the same time.

Share an OPG  if possible. Some doctors prefer general anesthesia depending on the case . Cost for surgical extraction of wisdom tooth depends on the position of the tooth. But cost z comparitively lesser than in Germany.
