I presume you are talking about the lower left wisdom tooth.
A wisdom tooth is a vestigeal part of the body(No use in chewing, eating etc.).
It does not serve any purpose.
Thus, it is always advisable to remove the wisdom tooth after it starts giving trouble.
In your case, the tooth is impacted (slanted) because there is no space for it to come out in the mouth.
If it is giving you trouble, it is best that you remove it, which will be a lifelong solution.
