Both left and right side lower wisdom tooth is impacted and has to be removed surgically by a oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Yes the teeth is close to the nerve.
Only if you go and visit a dentist he will be able to diagnose whether the lump is because of the wisdom tooth or not.
