Hello sir... As you have black and yellow dots it is the carious teeth... If you have pain in jaws and ears it is due to impacted 3 rd molar... you need to take opg (full mouth x-ray) to know the position of impacted teeth and also IOPA of 3 rd molar also taken to rule out the extent of carious lesion... As it is 3 rd molar teeth if the teeth is impacted partially you need to go for removal and also if the cavitation is superficial you can save the tooth by simple tooth coloured filling and if the caries is deep then you need to remove the tooth....

Hi, If your wisdom tooth is fully erupted & has only black/ yellow dots & pains intermittently, the tooth can be easily treated by just a filling/ restoration. If the tooth pains in the jaw & ears and if it is impacted it needs to be extracted. Get an x-ray done to know the type of impaction/ if the cavity is deep enough for a root canal. Better get the tooth removed as it is not possible to clean the tooth and get it restored. The pain may recur and cause pain
