Sir,my wisdom teeth not coming outside due to insufficient space ,in between when i eat food that time my pain will be there.

Its paining because of food lodgement and insufficient space.
Go for warm saline rinse for immediate relief and painkiller like aceclofenac.
Chlorhex rinse two times a day.
