Hello patient, if you can get clear xray than it’s well and good. Other than this also check for fever and swelling around that area for diagnosis of infection. Whenever wisdom teeth try to erupt it causes pain and if the direction of erupting is not proper than you need to go for removal of that concern teeth followed by Antibiotics and analgesics.
