You need to visit your dentist , sometimes even after putting cement in your tooth cavity, secondary caries can happen , so you need to take intra oral periapical radiograph of that tooth. If caries are there, it will be  excavated by your dentist and he will put another restorative material or the same ...so visit your dentist.

Hello, If there are no symptoms like pain or any other discomfort, you don't need to extract it on an immediate basis. Infact, even later on, plan extraction of that tooth only if it is decayed beyond repair and it doesn't have any opposing wisdom tooth on the top. If it has a top counterpart, I would advise to restore it and keep it as long as the top counterpart is present. If the top wisdom tooth is absent, you can get it extracted if it causes discomfort.

If there is no pain or swelling ,u can leave it for some time ,do the regular follow up with your dentist .A clinical and radiograph examination will prevent further problem In my opinion if the decay was mild ,it should not progress further in near future (if the decay is removed and filled properly)

You have got the tooth filling done already. An xray attached along with your question would give us a better understanding of your situation. If the filling is done extraction may not be needed immediately although the attending doctor will be the best judge for it. If possible upload the xray image if you have.
Health Tips
Keep the area and your oral cavity clean. Rinse mouth after every meal. Brush twice daily for a maximum of 3 minutes.
