Horizontally positioned wisdom tooth will disturb the teeth before to it And also Temporary filling will not give permanent solution If the cavity extends pulp will expose and you will get severe pain too Take an xray or opg and better to go for extraction

Horizontal wisdom tooth which has a deep cavity could be treated with either a restoration ( filling) if it has not yet reached the pulp of the tooth  or by extraction ( if the tooth is symptomatic ( pain ,swelling ). Hello You can go for extraction of the tooth when you get pain but some given day definitely you have to get the tooth removed

Hi, If there is a cavity, it is advisable to remove the tooth before the pain starts. Temporary filling will not solve the underlying problem.
