I have wisdom teeth horizontal but don't cause pain I have cavity on it I have done temporary filing what i should do

Horizontally positioned wisdom tooth will disturb the teeth before to it
And also Temporary filling will not give permanent solution
If the cavity extends pulp will expose and you will get severe pain too
Take an xray or opg and better to go for extraction

Horizontal wisdom teeth often leads to food lodgement which causes cavity which can either be treated by restoration or if the teeth is grossly decayed and causing pain then go for extraction of the tooth which is the permanent solution.

Horizontal wisdom tooth which has a deep cavity could be treated with either a restoration ( filling) if it has not yet reached the pulp of the tooth or by extraction ( if the tooth is symptomatic ( pain ,swelling ).
Horizontal wisdom tooth often leads to recurrent food lodgement and cavity formation. If it's a recurrent problem it's advisable to extract the tooth as a permanent solution.

Horizontal wisdom tooth is definitely indicated for extraction . Temporary filling will not give u any permanent solution. You will have to get the teeth extracted.
