Hloo Sir If you have cavity you can go for x ray and see its depth If it can be filled you can go for filling but that teeth is not self cleaning You may not be able to maintain so as to do the filling you should go for permanent solution of removal You can also precto consult us Regards

Go for a xray , if there is no pain n it can be restored go for restoration no need of extraction.

Don't wait till you get pain. If it is restorable go for filling of the tooth. If the tooth is nt in a proper position better to remove it

Get an X-ray done. If it is correctly positioned and the cavity is not very deep then a filling can be done. However if it is wrongly positioned or the cavity is too deep then better to remove it now then wait for the pain because once infection sets in it is unnecessarily more complicated
