Wife having dengue fever

My wife is having dengue since 21 of this month. It's more then one week but fever still coming.The fever goes away after taking paracetamol then comes again after few hours.She is feeling weak but does not have eye,head,vomiting or abdomen pain.First day of her fever  patelet count was 55000 then increased to 114000 and then declined to 820000 and yesterday was 142000.She is not feeling anything to eat properly.Please suggests what step can be taken as the dengue fever should have gone away after 7 days?Thanks
