White tongue from top and bottom

I am suffering from white tongue and ulcers on tongue on top and backside . I m not able to swallow anything .only liquid taking . I m taking zincovit tab and ointment hexigel . But to little effect . I also hv mild fever . What to do please suggest

Hello , 1st Pls maintain  oral hygiene  Use tongue cleaner. Instead of ointment Hexigel . Apply Orasep LA gel twice daily for 15 days . Apply it with clean finger tip. For mild fever take oncounter medicine Tab. Paracetamol 500mg or Tab. Dolo 650mg. If this doesnt give you relief  then do visit your nearest dentist  ASAP.
