Hello doctor i noticed that on mid of tounge white brownish deposits and i have pain also on side of tounge also some time i feel that dry mouth even after drink too what is that is it candida if yes than what causes i am not dibetic

Don't worry it may be fissured tongue/ cracked tongue. Quite normal phenomenon. Sometimes due to vitamin, iron deficiency.
