I have a small rough white patch and nearer to it a small painless lump opposite to my upper front teeth...is this normal?

Hello post the pic Do you have habit of gutka , smoking if yes can you tell from when the white patch is visible is there any burning sensation is there please go and check to a dentist

Kindly post a picture of the concerned area. Secondly, provide history of smoking/tobacco chewing/alcohol consumption. Since when is the white patch present, has there been a change in its size ?
