I have been told that I have enamel hypoplasia and there is no instant treatment. I don't drink or smoke and don't eat any kind of tobacco or pan masala.

This condition is not because of habits , it's a developmental disorder so don't worry, you can go for aesthetic fillings or crowns for covering it
Next Steps
Kindly confirm the condition and proceed with treatment

Hello sir greeting of the day. well in normal words enamel hypoplasia means less formation of enamel on your teeth . according to me if you do not have any kind of sensitivity on teeth i,e hot or cold sensations. then no treatment is required.just avoid acidic drinks , sweet juices . for cosmetic purpose you can go for veneering i.e ceramic laminates. But if teeth are sensitive rct of effected teeth with ceramic or metal free crowns is recomended.

Hypoplasia occurs due to infection or calcium deficiency during the formation of your teeth and not due to habits.. what you need to consider now is how the hypoplasia is troubling you.. does it look unesthetic to you.? Were you told that it might be prone to decay? Things like this.. there are immediate treatment options to take care of both the concerns..
Next Steps
consider how the hypoplasia is bothering you and get appropriate treatment for it
