Sonography report: URINARY BLADDER - Filled minimally. No calculus is seen. Wall thickness appears normal. UTERUS: appears normal in size and echotexture. Endometrium appears normal in thickness. Uter cavity appears empty. There is 80 x 75 mm sized mixed echogenic well defined lesion seen along posterior aspect of fundus and body region of uterus displacing endometrial cavity anteriorly w increasing and perilesional vascularity is seen appears benign lesion - fibroid likely. also after menopause white discharge from vegina since last 1 year

Please explain what problem does  patient have? If she is menopausal then no need to worry about fibroid. For white discharge it can be due to vaginal infection Connect for prescription
