As your  Report suggests.. 1) Measles Antibody igG =167 it indicates  well above the Typical positive  Threshold  means  POSITIVE RESULT meaning you have immunity from past vaccination OR infection..... You need not required Vaccination of Measles. Mumps Antibody igG = 231 Strongly indicates a positive Result showing  prior  exposure or successful vaccination against Mumps. You need not required Mumps vaccination. Hepatitis vaccination =  You can Hepatitis vaccine 2 dose 1 Month a part  ( 2nd dose after a gap of 1 month ) It is safe and effective...

Thank you. For hepatitis B the decision depends on HBsAg and anti-HBs titre. If HBsAg is negative and anti-HBs is below 10, you need the full 3 dose course (0, 1 and 6 months). If titre is already above 10, no vaccine needed now. At 30 yrs otherwise typically advised - Td/Tdap booster once, and hepatitis A and typhoid if not taken earlier. Reports on a phone photo are hard to read properly, so kindly get the titre value confirmed before starting.
Next Steps
Get HBsAg + anti-HBs titre report checked, then start Hep B schedule accordingly. You can share the titre value here for a clear plan.

Since the high ig G antibodies indicate previous infection and good immunity you don’t need measles and mumps vaccine If you are not immune to hepatitis b as indicated by negative Hbs g. low anti hbs ag antibody and negative anti hbs core antigen you have to take hepatitis B vaccine 3 doses 0 ,1 month month and 6 months after the first dose
