Can I get pelvic ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy? UPT and BHCG tests both negative but want to confirm as I am still feeling lightheaded & bloating etc...Will it give accurate result?

If beta HCG is negative, there is no chance of ectopic pregnancy. Take an antacid for the bloating.

Suppose Ultrasound also confirms that there is no ectopic, will you believe it ? Or will you ask for CT SCAN and MRI  (because even after Ultrasound you may still be feeling lightheaded and bloating etc).
