Which protein powder should i use ?

I do regular workout since one and a half year and now I also attend college so I have a very busy schedule due to which I am not able to focus on my diet which is having negative effect on my body so I was planning to have muscle blaze whey protein with my workout and college busy schedule is it safe to consume it or not?

Try to avoid supplements and meal replacers.. Hello No need to take supplement -just follow good diet - and sleep 6 to 7 hrs -drink water 3 lit -do some excercise 30 min You can maitain this is just for maitaining -if u want diet for gym then contact us
