Whether tooth infection present w/o pain

I have swelling in the lower right jaw under ears for more than 3 weeks. I have ear pain and jaw pain.I had some sinus infection too. I went to the Dr and they said it's ear and sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. After a week of antibiotics,I still have the same level of swelling and ear,jaw pain.Went back to an ENT yesterday. They checked with Endo and said no infection in sinus and ear.told me to get a ct scan to check if any persistent infection.I didn't go to a dentist yet.i am in USA.I don't have any throbbing pain in any tooth that side or gum redness.i have pain only on the jaw line and exactly under the ear. It's very painful and throughout the day and night. I thought it's because of my sinus infection. But that's cleared up now. But the ear and jaw pain is so much with that swelling.Whether it could be any nerve damage in any tooth. I do have some small cavities in few tooth that side.Whether it will be cavity issue or infection? Without any throbbing pain? Am worried.

U will have to rule out the tooth part , which can be easily done with the help of an X-ray .. since u have visited ENT - I m ruling out , ear and sinuses Also can’t be fracture of jaw as I will have a history Also the swelling looks uniform It may be 1. Lower molar tooth infection 2. Parotid swelling
Next Steps
Visit a dentist Might help

This could be a dental concern. Visiting dentist in the USA would be the best thing to do, as soon as possible. They will take X-ray's, and immediately diagnose what is causing a long lasting pathology. It should be considered in priority. Could be 1. Wisdom tooth infection or malpossition 2. Bone fracture 3. Cyst 4. Parotid gland swelling
Next Steps
It would be helpful to describe how this swelling started and any history of trauma etc?

Consider it a Priority.
