When i eat ice-cream lips swell

When i eat ice-cream lips swell. This has started may b wen i was in my 20s.. currently i am 31 years old. When i touch ice i feel prickling sensation and rednesss in my finger tips. When i eat my lips swell , also now im feeling my throat little thick. It becomes proper after sometime. Does this problem have any solution?? Can i eat ice-cream?? Or hold ice?? Can i go to cold places/ country where theres snow???
