Which foods I can't eat if i have uric acid and thyroid problem..can i eat eggs and protein shakes..bcoz m in keto diet,i do workout also..

See first of all tell me the uric acid level of urs ? You need a diet modification for this problem as - 1. Reduce intake of daal 2. Reduce excess of protein intake. 3. Rest pls clear bout ur thyroid problem first. Share the reports here for the better help of urs.

You take proteins. ..it gets converted to uric acid...mostly the animal proteins so avoid them
