Hi as per reports she has both diabetes and hypertension.. Dietary modification ; Less salt or sodium intake in daily food, unrefined carbs like whole cereal grains, whole pulses, less fat, moderate milk and milk products,  millets ( Ragi, bajra, jowar), apples, pears, strawberry, papayya, oranges , watermelons, pomogranate( little), jaamun etc are beneficial in the above condition.. Sufficient intake of fiber from diet .. Almonds ,walnuts, figs, apricots etc.. Healthy proper lifestyle management is equally important as diet and lifestyle go hand in hand.. Positive attitude, stress free mind, try to keep and maintain peace as much as they can.. Exposure to sunlight, drinking an average of 6 to 8 glasses of water atleast per day , and daily ,  exercises, yoga etc..morning and evening.. For leg cramps or pain..having buttermilk or bland coconut water daily or once in every alternative day may be helpful.. Thankyou

Hi, As per the reports, her random blood sugars seem to be high which indicates she is diabetic. But random blood sugar is measured at any time of the day and does not require fasting. It measures blood sugar at the moment in time. A much better indicator to confirm the status of diabetes or pre-diabetes is HbA1c blood report as it is an average blood sugar for the past three months you can get it checked. Also, her blood pressure, it is high. Tiredness can be due to insufficient intake of food or deficiency of certain nutrients which needs to be checked. I suggest you connect with us through a personalized diet session as it takes into account her routine, lifestyle, eating habits, medical conditions if any, medications, sleep, stress, height, weight, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be helpful – 1. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Incorporate fibre-rich foods in the diet such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc. 3. Include protein-rich foods in every meal. Protein-rich foods are dals, sprouts, pulses, low-fat dairy, non-veg, etc 4. Avoid fried foods, refined flour & its products, processed & packaged foods, etc 5. Stretching exercises will be helpful in relieving the nerve pain in the legs 6. Avoid excessive salt in the food 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water to stay well hydrated

Her blood sugar seems to be borderline.? Let her take plenty of vegetables, sprouts cooked, fruits . Millets are best instead of rice, wheat. These fill the stomach, nutritious, and good for health. Almonds, walnuts, figs, can be made into paste powder and taken two tsf twise a day with milk. Avoid carbohydrates, sugar.,oily foods. Bakeryfoods, fastfoods, preserved foods are to be avoided too. Papaya, greengram sprouts ,pomegranate can be taken everyday for breakfast. Use till, tilloil, horsegram ,in ur food .reduces cholesterol. Use Amrutasatwa, bhumyamlaki, aamalaki tulsi as decoction and drink everyday.
