Please consult a Neurologist in your area for a physical examination. Pain in the centre of the head at 25 years is quite unusual.  After the initial physical examination I would like to get an MRI Scan of the head.

A feeling of pressure on the top center of the head can be due to multiple causes. Since you have sinusitis, it’s possible the sinus inflammation is contributing to referred pressure or discomfort. However, pressure at the vertex (top of the head) is also commonly associated with tension-type headaches, poor posture, stress, or even cervical spine issues. If your sinusitis treatment is ongoing but the pressure persists, it's important to re-evaluate both sinus and non-sinus causes. A clinical examination can help rule out neurological or vascular causes as well. Hi, It's possible that your symptoms are due to the ongoing sinusitis. You should continue the medicines you are on and plan a visit to your doctor once If the headache becomes severe, disturbs sleep or if you have severe ear ache, vomiting , nasal discharge or fever, it's possible that your sinusitis is worsening Do consult is required

If you have sinusitis, headache or pressure like sensation occurs over the sinus/ sinuses inflamed. Is the pressure like sensation more in morning,  is it aggravated by looking down? If it is continuing after treatment means either the antibiotic taken has been in effective or it was needed for longer duration.

You should visit a physician for proper physical examination and treatment
