Not sure. Sometimes it can be due to dryness. Take enough oral liquids. Apply Vaseline. If that scar persists even after a week , visit nearby physician

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is possible that you may be experiencing an early onset of a pilonidal cyst. Pilonidal cysts are fluid-filled sacs that develop in the crease between the buttocks, near the tailbone. They can cause pain, swelling, and redness in the affected area. The pinkish scar you have noticed could be a sign of a pilonidal cyst, as these cysts can cause skin irritation and inflammation. Additionally, the pain you are experiencing when palpating the skin in that area could also be a symptom of a pilonidal cyst. It is important to note that other conditions, such as an abscess or a skin infection, can also cause similar symptoms. Therefore, it is important to schedule an appointment with a healthcare professional for a proper physical examination and diagnosis. If it is determined that you have a pilonidal cyst, treatment options may include antibiotics, drainage of the cyst, or surgical removal. In the meantime, you can try to alleviate your symptoms by avoiding prolonged sitting, keeping the affected area clean and dry, and taking over-the-counter pain relievers as needed. I recommend that you schedule an appointment with a healthcare professional as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate care.
