How old is your son sir? This is no deformity. This is rampant caries. Treatment will depend on the age of the patient, taking into consideration the time of eruption of permanent teeth. This definitely needs treatment. Pulpectomy or DPC will be decided by xray and clinical evaluation. Pain won't subside just by medications. Apart from the upper front teeth, the loweer teeth also need fillings. We need to retain the milk teeth till the time permanent teeth are ready to erupt.
