What does these pregnancy tests signify?

I took these two pregnancy tests right now at the same time with the same urine sample after my period being late for 22 days. What does the first one mean? And is the second one a confirmed negative. It has also been more than 3 weeks since conception.

Both are negative. Please get a sonography done to see if there is a sac in the uterus and if it is viable.
