Your experiences indicates possible anxiety symptoms. This need not always be psychological like anxiety disorder. I suggest you meet a Doctor to rule out any underlying physical health reason like
thyroid, anaemia etc. If it is indeed anxiety disorder you got to start exploring any underlying stress and address them calmly while you get into good lifestyle changes like yoga, meditation, relaxation, healthy eating, sleep hygiene including better scheduling of your routines etc. Only in some moderate to severe anxiety disorders you'll need specialised psychological treatment like cognitive behavior therapy and medicine.
