Its hard for me to gain weight. I am underweight If i eat too much i get stomach problems . Please help me i've tried many things

Hi Have all variety nuts, milk and milk products of buffalo, foods rich in starch, high plant protein and moderate animal proteins , home made laddoo at some times, home cooked food, home made curds, eat roots and tubers, milk shakes, minimum exercises per day, bananas 2 per day, moderate fiber, weight bearing exercises for muscle building,  eggs, all variety dals, seasonal fruits and vegetables , dark green leafy vegetables, enough water, good sleep, healthy lifestyle and balanced diet..all helps in gaining weight slowly.. Hi, don't worry about that, you can gain weight by having natural food , take high carbohydrate food , some protein food also add curd and buttermilk for increase appetite. Avoid eating refined wheat product's .

Gaining weight is gradual process.. Eat more of caloric food with high amount of good fat, high protein food, 2 bananas with milk,  good amount of dairy products in diet, plenty of water, 1/2 top trifala powder in the morning with water daily for stomach issues.

Hi, Weight gain is a gradual process & it needs a lot of personalized dietary approaches. Drastic changes, working out excessively will only give short term results. Improving your overall food intake and regularity in physical activity mainly weight-bearing exercises will help you in putting on weight. Patience and compliance are two things that will help and show the results. A personalized diet is strongly recommended as constant modifications are required. Following are the guidelines that will be of help: 1. Do not skip meals & Have balanced meals throughout the day 2. Never workout or exercise on an empty stomach.
