Hello there.
Have a high protein and a high fiber diet.
Drink lots of water.
Have smaller frequent meals rather than huge meals.
Don't have anything atleast 4 hours before bed.
Have green tea twice a day.
Do walking for atleast 20 mins a day.
Consult a dietician and hit the gym.
There is still scope for height growth, if your genetic makeup allows, you will grow nothing can stop you.
