All foods that can be eaten raw eg. Fruits, salad, sprouts and whole grains like oats, Jowar, Bajra are high in fibre. Plus they do not even contain much of fats. Besides, eating fats in completely dependent on much of fried foods you are consuming or using butter/ghee on foods. If you bake your food or prepare foods using little oil in non-stick pans, fats intake reduce drastically.
