I want to be healthy, take so much food,but as a student study hard . I am 5o+ weight.age 18 ,height 5and 10 inch. I want to rich up my weight. What should?

Hope you are eating 6 nutrient dense meals. Eating only 3 large meals is not enough Ensure that you eat a one protein rich meal between your breakfast and lunch and 2 protein rich meals between your lunch & dinner
