Have 2 bananas daily Have 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies or lassi everyday Have various dry fruits and nuts Eat more rice, potatoes Have plenty of good fats If you eat non veg then eat it more often If not then have more veg sources of protein You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards
