* Carbohydrates in the form of rice, whole grain cereals, wheat are essential part of balanced diet
* Good fats are also essential ..Use healthy oils like mustard oil , olive oil
* Avoid processed food
* Keep children away from sugary drinks
* Give them fresh fruits and vegetables
