Weight loss since one year

May be this this premenopausal problems i am facing from one year. Nights sweats are actually a big problem. But I am taking fish oil capsules and calcium  as well as i am doing light exercise and walking. still I have pain in my legs and knee. My weight has lost a lot which is noticeable for everyone.  Kindly help and guide as correct as possible. Thank you.

I am assuming that your diabetes is under control.To gain weight take a protein rich diet.Also check your thyroid levels.Hyperthyroidism can also lead to weight loss. If both the above conditions are normal then consult a physician and get some baseline investigations done.Only then you can go in for a customised diet.
