Weight loss

My weight has increased drastically past one year owing to night shifts, disturbed sleep and binging on unhealthy food. I have become tired and sluggish. (No thyroid issues or Diabetes). I am 149 cm in height with a whopping weight of 75 kg. I am trying to get on a diet that has helped me before. I was wondering if it's ok to have packaged preserved olives (del monte) for weight loss? It has about 1.2 gm of transfat for 100 gm of the product. It got me a little worried. Is it ok to have 2 olives or so per day? Also, is it ok to eat salted pistachios? If so, how many can be eaten per day? Please suggest me alternatives that can be rated which are low in calories and fat as well. Thank you.

Hi..... Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet ...... Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
