My height is 5.7 and weight is 83..i need to reduce atleast 16 kgs.. In my home treadmill is there.. So plz guide me

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hello practo user .As a beginner first u should do jumping Jack for 5_7 min then do treadmill for 25 min with a speed of 5  or 5.5 than gradually increase it .It is always to follow a healthy diet plan along with exercise.u can contact me through practo or call me directly for customised diet plan and exercise tips .
