Iam 27yrs old but till my weight 50and m.try to increse my weight but it's not increasing so what I want do.

You need to increase just 5 kg by taking high protein diet,high fibre, low carbohydrate devided into 3 main and 3 small meals. Keep proper hydration Do regular exercise or any physical activity of your choice to release stress and recharge your energy level
