I would like to get a diet plan for my weight loss. I weigh around 68kgs and my height is 5.1 ft. I am focussed on reducing around 15 kgs. I have picked up swimming recently as well. But I live in a hostel so it wouldn't be possible for me to follow a strict diet. Kindly help me with this case.
