I follow normal diet but I could not loose my weight. I have severe knee pain and back ache so could not do walking regularly. I do walking 3 times a week. My weight is not reducing even 1 gram. This make me so stressed and feeling bad. I m mother of 2 kids as I am the only one to take care of them could join gym or anything. I think that I may have thyroid problem because people says can't loose weight if I have thyroid also for the past 2 months I m suffering with so much of hair loss. Is it something related to thyroid? What kind of test should I take to confirm? Thanks. I m also looking for some good doctor nearby my area(shollinganallur). Please help.
