I cant put on proper weight though I take proper foods. Day by day i am becoming skinny. My weight is 43. kindly give me solution for this.

Hey its about only taking proper food. Timing & the way you eat also does matter. the all you need is..., change your routine! and the style of eating but make sure you don't put on weight adding junk foods to your diet. Always have healthy food pattern only.
