Hi, I would like to know, how to reduce my weight. I was working in night shift for almost 3 years and gained too much of weight. Now I am unable to reduce it. Please suggest.

The only way to reduce weight is reducing calories intake....stop eating fried food and fast foods...there is a good app on Google named NOOM COACH... download it and set your ideal weight there and follow instructions perfectly...count every calories from whatever you eat...and restrict your calories to 1200-1400/day...you will definitely get good results
