Hello Sir/Madam, Please advise a safe method to reduce weight, with no side effects. Tried homeopathic meds, had no luck. I do mild exercises for 20 mins at home (stationary cycling indoors). Have tried slimtone in the past for few days, that did benefit a little. Any recommendation/medical advise shall be appreciated. Also advise if an ayurvedic drug, with no side effects, can be of help. Thanks !

Your main problem of weight gain can be due to hypothyroidism for which you are on medications.. when that gets under control weight will be balanced.. but for that diet control and regular physical exercise for 40 minutes you have to do and fluids intake should be more .
