Following lifestyle changes which could help:
- Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday)
- Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day.
- Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet
- Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food
- Eliminate trans fats from your diet
- Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter
- Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Exercise regularly, do HIIT(high intensity interval training) exercises which is a good cardio exercise, do exercises everyday for a minimum of 30 minutes and you can increase based on your time availabilty and comfort level.
You shouldn't crash diet and not exercise as that will be harmful to the body.
