Eating is very less but my weight is increasing , could you kindly suggest me a suggestion and I need to reduce.

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Avoid outside food completely. Use olive oil or rice bran oil for cooking.
