I appreciate your concerns. First and foremost get your body composition analysis, which most of the gyms or slimming center does. You will know your muscle mass, fat mass and water percentage etc... Concentrate on losing fat mass by following a healthy diet and physical activities. Protein required is 1 gm per kg body weight max 1.2 gm if you are very much involved in sports. So u need only 70 gm protein initially and than based on your muscle building activities it will increase to 1.2 gm per kg body weight.... If you indulge in more protein you will be prone to
kidney diseases... So plz be also aware that a balance of carbohydrate, fat and protein calories is important.. My advice, please have one goal in mind, once u achieve it try to step to next.. So loss fat first and than build muscles..
