Weight loss&muscle growth
Hello doctor, my height is 5.9. My weight 95 kgs. I'm obese. My ideal weight is 70 kgs. I wanna build muscles. What is the right way to build muscles?Should I lose all my extra kilograms before starting my weight training, muscle building exercises or is it okay to start the muscle building exercises along with the weight loss course? And my next question is,my dietitian has said I need at least 180g of protein daily. Is it possible to get that much amount of protein every day?Even if I strive too hard, I couldn't get more than hundred grams protein of everyday. South Indian cuisine doesn't support a high protein diet. My dietitian has given me a diet chart for which I have to spend four hundred rupees everyday. It is not possible for me to spend that much amount of money everyday. Could you please tell me some cost efficient way to get that much amount of protein? I always think that only rich people could get all these luxuries. Help me with this chapter. Thank you

I appreciate your concerns. First and foremost get your body composition analysis, which most of the gyms or slimming center does. You will know your muscle mass, fat mass and water percentage etc... Concentrate on losing fat mass by following a healthy diet and physical activities. Protein required is 1 gm per kg body weight max 1.2 gm if you are very much involved in sports. So u need only 70 gm protein initially and than based on your muscle building activities it will increase to 1.2 gm per kg body weight.... If you indulge in more protein you will be prone to kidney diseases... So plz be also aware that a balance of carbohydrate, fat and protein calories is important.. My advice, please have one goal in mind, once u achieve it try to step to next.. So loss fat first and than build muscles..
