I need help with diet and probably suggestion on jogging/walking exercise too. I have PCOS and due to this (plus the medicines) I can never bring my weight down. Since there are no yoga centers nearby and I am finding it very difficult to learn it by watching videos (I never did yoga in my life!) please help what could be best diet? And if I start jogging or running or walking everyday would it help? Also note, online diet suggestions are terrible. A south Indian family would never listen to only fruit diet :(
