sugar diet. Avoid processed and fatty foods .Eat four to six small meals throughout the day, rather than three large meals. This will help control your blood sugar levels, and your hunger. Avoid all junk, oily, bakery, high calorie food, limit your calories to atleast 75% of what you are taking now. At least 20-30min of jogging, squares, push-ups, at home will help to reduce weight. Drink plenty of water.
